Experiences that move people

Everything the experience requires,
under one partner

Immersa designs and produces experiences for companies who understand the difference between an event and a statement. We work with clients for whom the experience is the argument, and who know that separating design from production weakens it. Under one partnership, we take every brief from the first question asked to the final result measured.

What drives everything we make

A method built on what people should feel

We begin not with what we are making, but with what it must produce in the person who encounters it, in the moment they encounter it. That intended response becomes the governing brief for every decision that follows: design, production, execution. And the question we return to when the work is done.

Discovery

We begin with the brief in its fullest form: who is this experience for, what must they feel, and what response, precisely, will constitute success.

Concept

From the brief emerges one governing idea: the principle from which every decision, in every discipline and at every stage, will follow.

Design

Every element of the experience is designed in relationship: space, material, light, sound, and sequence composed as a single coherent argument.

Production

Fabrication, technology, and installation held under one partner from brief to opening, so the concept remains coherent through every stage of delivery.

Evaluation

After every experience, we return to the question we began with: did it achieve what it was designed to produce? We find out, formally and specifically, and the answer informs everything that follows.
